Remote Support
Many issues can be fixed quickly without anyone driving anywhere. With your permission, we can connect securely to a computer, see the problem, and fix it while your staff member watches. Remote support is provided through LogMeIn.
On-Site Visits
Some problems need hands-on attention: hardware, cabling, equipment installs, or issues that can't be solved remotely. When that's the case, we come to your location. On-site service covers about a 4-hour radius with no mileage charge.
